We flew out of Bangkok, the day after Marie's birthday, one before Thai
protesters would close down both Bangkok airports, which wasn't really
foreseeable, so we were just lucky. Having booked one night in advance in a
travel agency in Bangkok, we stayed at that resort just a night, because we
didn't like the neighbours. We moved just some miles to the
Coral Cove Chalet which was a bit
pricier, but affordable. Apart from the heavy rains they still had there at end
of November, it was really beautiful!
